Privacy Policy

Yawn Sleep is private by design. The app does not require an account and does not operate a server that receives your health information.

Health data

With your explicit permission, Yawn Sleep reads sleep-analysis data from Apple Health to calculate and display a Yawn Score. This processing occurs locally on your iPhone or Apple Watch.

Data collection and sharing

  • Yawn Sleep does not collect or upload health data.
  • Yawn Sleep does not sell or share personal information.
  • Yawn Sleep contains no advertising, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
  • Health data is never used for advertising or marketing.

Storage and control

Yawn Sleep reads data from HealthKit when needed. You can revoke access at any time in Apple Health or iOS Settings. Removing the app removes its local app data; it does not delete the original records stored in Apple Health.

Children

Yawn does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other user.

Changes

If Yawn’s data practices change, this policy will be updated before the relevant app version is released.
